We have pre configured the printers with wireless SSID and password. I Then create the printer on the print server, share it and deploy it using GP. I usually discover this condition when I am in a hurry and go to print something from Word or Quciken or whatever and recieve an error stating there are no printers defined. When I go to Devices and Printers, the devices are showing but the printers are gone. If I reboot, the printers return.
While, rebooting does correct the problem, it is very annoying and causes loss of time. I was wondering if there miight be a permanent fix for this issue. After searching on AD printer pruning, a workaround for that was to restart the print spooler but I did that and it wasn't resolved so I don't think that's happening here.

The print server is Windows RC2. The issue I am constantly having with users is the inability to access their printers. Though all of the settings are correct, the printers are constantly disappearing, not populating, not working properly, etc.
The printers work fine with the print server most all of the time and test pages and such go through without any issues, so clearly the issue is with Citrix. From browsing these forums it appears these types of issues are prevalent, especially when you mix in certain drivers that don't play nice. Anyway, I've been doing my best to stress test drivers and weed out those that don't work.
Some pass through the stress test just fine and never populate in Citrix sessions, to which I conclude is an incompatible driver with Citrix.
With hundreds of printers and many different models this has quickly become an overwhelming headache and every time I patch up one issue, another one arises.
Even when things are configured properly with compatible drivers they still suffer from printers randomly disappearing from the sessions. I've spoken with a couple of people about this and the typical mindset is that Citrix is just a pain when it comes to print management and that's just how it is.

Do your users connect from PCs or thin clients? If yes, can or are the printers mapped to these devices? If this is the case then you should switch to using client mapped printers and utilise the Citrix Universal Driver.
Are you allows users to use Point and Click and install drivers on the XenApp servers? If yes then you need to stop this as you will never get a handle on things until you stop this.

OK - I just found this other post on EE. The accepted answer says that you need to install the Print Server role. I've never had to do this, but it's worth a try. I logged on to try the solution you suggested and everything is working correctly.
